Steamboat Springs
Three Miles from the Slopes
Three paved miles separate Meadow House from the base of Steamboat Resort, making it close enough that the ski area, restaurants, and everything that defines life in Steamboat are genuinely accessible, yet far enough that none of it intrudes on the ranch.
Steamboat Resort
The second-largest ski resort in Colorado, Steamboat Resort encompasses 184 trails, 3,668 vertical feet, and 3,741 skiable acres across six peaks, with world-class groomed cruisers, bumps, steeps, meadows, and legendary tree skiing. The resort is known worldwide for its authentic Western atmosphere, Olympic heritage, and powder snow. In summer, the gondola runs for sightseeing and mountain biking, lift-served trails open across the mountain, and the base area hosts concerts and events throughout the year.
Downtown Steamboat Springs
Downtown Steamboat is a genuine mountain town; its streets lined with locally owned restaurants, shops, outfitters, and galleries. Events run all year long, from the winter carnival to the summer free outdoor concert series. Every Saturday from June through September, the Farmers’ Market runs along Yampa Street, drawing local growers, ranchers, bakers, and makers. The Pro Rodeo Series runs Friday and Saturday evenings through the summer.
